This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17023 of 2023 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Since the matter is under investigation, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner dated 03.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17023 of 2023 and hence, this petition is dismissed.

4. The petitioner shall file a fresh petition after filing of the charge sheet.
