This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.244/2012 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today when the matter was called, Mr.D.Sivaprakasam, Inspector of Police, Anaikaran Sathiram Police Station, Sirkazhi Taluk is present.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submits that the investigation in Cr.No.244/2012 has been completed and a Final Report has been filed on 20.06.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi.
