Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, or order, or direction or in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 3rd respondent to implement the direction made in Writ Appeal No.2779 of 2019 dated 22.08.2019 given by this Court, by taking necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2019 made to the 3rd respondent. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 3rd respondent to implement the direction made in Writ Appeal No.2779 of 2019 dated 22.08.2019, by taking necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2019 made to the 3rd respondent.

Since no part of cause of action has arisen within the Territorial Jurisdiction of this Court, the prayer sought for in the present petition is not maintainable. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. No costs.
