This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry as per the direction of the first respondent dated 20.09.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
