ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order made in I.A.No.686 of 2016 in O.S.No.120 of 2013, dated 07.03.2017 by the Additional District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi. 2.During the course of the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the issue involved in this case has been already considered by the Court below in the suit proceedings and as such no further adjudication is required in the present Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication.

3. The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and in view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that this Civil Revision Petition shall be dismissed. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaenous petition is closed.
