The petitioner had shown one, Murugesan as the Block Development Officer for Sirkazhi Block, Mayiladuthurai. Subsequently, he come to know that he is not the Block Development Officer and one Thirumurugan, who is in-charge of the said office. Hence, he has filed an application to delete the name of Mr.Murugesan and include the name of Thirumurugan.

2. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam appearing for the 4th respondent states that the mistake is genuine one.

3. Hence, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered.
