This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.1013 of 2019 dated 04.02.2019.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 04.02.2019, a proceedings in Na.Ka.A4/1892/2017, dated 20.07.2023 has been issued stating that the compensation amount has been deposited for the acquired lands. A copy of the said proceedings is also placed before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission as well the proceedings placed on record, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, liberty is granted to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 11.08.2023 pvs 2 / 3
