Appeal Suit is filed under Section 96 of CPC, against the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.144 of 2014 Dated 07.08.2017 on the file of the court of The Additional District Judge, Namakkal.

DECREE: This Appeal Suit coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decree of the Trial Court and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.Abrar Md.Abdullah, Advocate for the Appellant and, this court While allowing the Appeal Suit.

1. It is ordered that the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.144 of 2014 Dated 07.08.2017 by the Additional District Judge, Namakkal is be and hereby is set aside and the Suit is remanded, back to the Additional District Court, Namakkal, and the Additional District Judge, Namakkal do restore the original Suit to its original number in the Register and proceed the dispose of the case in the light of the observations and directions contained in the judgment herein.

2. That there be no costs in this Appeal.
