ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant 1/4

to the common order passed by this Court, the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court and passed orders, rejecting the claim made by the petitioner .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an attempt to invite the attention of this Court stating that the said order of the respondent is contrary to the orders passed by this Court.

3. This Court in para 11 of the above common order clearly issued directions to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the approval of appointment of the petitioners and the proposals if any, received for such appointment, only if they satisfies the norms prescribed for such appointments as per Rules and made prior to the issuance of G.O.Ms.No. 165, dated 17.09.2019. Therefore, it is for the petitioners to seek remedy before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
