This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order dated 06.03.2025 in W.P. No. 34565 of 2019 by the respondent.

2. The proceedings have been issued by the District Collector, Kanchipuram, who has the proper jurisdiction pursuant to the direction th respondent in the writ petition. The proceedings issued against the 5 dated 17.11.2025 have also been served upon the petitioner.
