The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at 10.30 am until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18880 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and considering the nature of offence involved in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
