This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he has to report before the respondent police on daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19006 of 2023 in dated 29.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Sunday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
