The above writ miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 489 days in re-presenting the above writ petition.

Perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Considering the length of delay, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays costs of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only)in favour of Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
