Mr.M.Venkatesan (in both CRPs) COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the Fair and Decreetal orders dated 06.06.2017 made in I.A.No.4001 of 2017 in O.S.No.119 of 2016 and in I.A.No.4002 of 2017 in O.S.No.119 of 2016 on the file of the XV Assistant Judge City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The 1st petitioner in both the Revision Petitions is the defendant in O.S.No.119 of 2016 on the file of XV Assistant Judge City Civil Court, Chennai. A memo had been filed by Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, the learned counsel for the petitioners that the revision petitioner / defendant in the suit had unfortunately expired. The said information is recorded. Therefore, the Registry may record in the cause title that the revision petitioner / defendant had died.

3.On this particular ground, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed and direction is given to the Trial Court namely, XV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to record the death of the defendant and proceed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.119 of 2016 in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
