O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint lodged by one Balasubramanian and Suresh, petition enquiry is pending before the 4th respondent.

4. In view of the above, the 4th respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the 4th respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against arrest.
