This petition has been filed for a direction to issue suitable directions to the respondent police to register a criminal case against some culprits in accordance with law, in furtherance of the latest CSR No.5373511 dated 07.01.2016, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2016 lodged by the above respondent police and deal with them as per the laws of land.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.5373511 and the same was closed on 16.02.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
