This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the District and Sessions Court, Nagapattinam on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and also appear before the Court on all hearing dates without fail, imposed in Crl.MP.No.8327 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.8116 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and further investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation was completed and the charge sheet was also filed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
