The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 308(2), 351(3) of BNS and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, in Crime No.209 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. In view of the embargo under Section 15A of the Act, the petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners herein to approach the trial Court and seek appropriate remedy. If any such application is filed, the same may be considered, preferably on the same day.
