This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.19993 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police monthly twice i.e., on every first and last working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
