The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 115 of BNS, Section 4 of PHW Act, Section 3 (1) (r) and 3(1) (s) of SC/ST (POA) Act, in Crime No.341 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Considering the embargo under Section 15A of the Act, this Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner herein to approach the trial Court. If any such application is filed, the trial Court shall consider the application on the same day and pass appropriate orders.
