ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order vide Ref.No.109/ACM/2016 dt:22.11.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to accord permission to conduct public meeting on 22.11.2016 at Mylapore near Dr.Ambedkar bridge.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition is become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition for further adjudication.
