This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.04.2016 and investigate the same and file the final report before the appropriate court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 09.04.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.141 of 2016 for the offences u/s 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC.

In view of the above, this petition is closed. However, during the course of enquiry, if further offences are disclosed, the respondent shall look into the same and include the same in the Final Report.
