C.M.P.No.18846 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.118763 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.118763 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection for condoning the delay.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 151 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.118763 of 2022 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents in the cause list, when the matter is listed for admission.
