3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Palacode, Dharmapuri District to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.18 of 2022 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
