The petitioner, who apprehends arrest in the hands of respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS Act in Crime No.192 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that now the petitioner has been arrested. Hence, he prayed to dismiss this petition as infructuous.
