ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. She married the respondent on 15.04.2001 at Coimbatore. From the wedlock, two daughters were born on 24.06.2004 and 12.08.2010. The daughters are in the custody of the transfer petitioner.

2. Alleging that, he is entitled to divorce on the grounds of cruelty and adultery, the husband has moved H.M.O.P.No.932 of 2024.

3. A perusal of the address for service shows that, the wife is residing at McNichols Road, Chennai. Having a 14 year old child, it will be impossible for the petitioner, to leave the child behind in Chennai and travel to Coimbatore to contest the litigation.

4. Ms. Sri Varshini, learned counsel who appears for the respondent/husband has no objection for the transfer. 2/4

5. Taking into consideration, the inconvenience caused to the wife in undertaking the travel as well as no objection tendered by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.932 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and is transferred to the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

6. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.11.2024 ssi Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non speaking order : Yes/No To 1.The Family Judge, Coimbatore.
