O R D E R
Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the order dated 08.04.2013 passed by this Court has been complied with, and the amount has been refunded to the petitioner. In the said circumstances, the order has been complied with.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that, now challenging the order passed in the Writ Petition, a Writ Appeal has been filed with the delay, and the same is pending, and the amount has been refunded to the petitioner subject to the result of Writ Appeal.
3. It is needless to say that, in the event of Writ Appeal is being allowed in favour of respondent, it is always open to the respondent to get the amount refunded. 2/3
4. As the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
