[Made by S. M. SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The present contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.09.2015 in W.A.No.1031 of 2015.

2. Admittedly, the contempt petition was filed on 19.09.2023, after a lapse of more than eight years. Thus, the contempt petition is liable to be rejected on the ground of limitation. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
