ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 and section 3 and 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 1998 in Crime No.6 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after the completion of the investigation, final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Erode and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.119 of 2018. Subsequently the charges have been framed and the case is now at the stage of examination of LW4 to LW9.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
