No.3248 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022 and to investigate the same to file final report within time frame fixed by this Court. This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent hereing to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ponneri in C.M.P. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submits that the investigation will be completed within a period of two months and the final report will be filed within two months.

3. Recording the same, this Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
