Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the 3rd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4709/2008/A3 dated 22.06.2016 and quash the same and forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property situated in New S.No.334 [Old S.No.486], measuring to an extent of 2625 sq.ft., in Anaikattu Salai, Thiruvennainallur Village, Thirukoilur Taluk and Villupuram District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for seeking appropriate remedy and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. In view of the submission and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
