(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in order dated 04.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.5708 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.871 of 2022.

This Court imposed the condition that the appellant shall appear and sign before the Trial Court i.e., Principal District Court, Coimbatore/Special Court designated under Section 22 of NIA Act every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant would submit that condition imposed by this Court has been punctually complied with by the appellant for the past about 7 months. 4.

In view of the fact that the appellant is complying with the conditions for the past about 7 months, we are inclined to further relax the S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

condition to the extent that the appellant shall appear before the Trial Court i.e., Principal District Court, Coimbatore/Special Court Coimbatore twice in a month i.e., every 1st Monday and 3rd Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
