ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.12.2015 received in CSR No.585 of 2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.585/2015.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
