The present Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering in relation to the running of petitioner's restaurant premise namely, 'Mokka Cafe and Restaurant' along with Herbal Hookah Services (Without any content or trace of Tobacco and Nicotine) at No.251/1 TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600 018.

When the present petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in bundle. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
