ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this public interest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

litigation by the petitioner, who is not a neighbour of the building, which is alleged to be in a dilapidated condition and ought to be demolished. This is prima facie a proxy litigation. There is no larger public interest involved. We may also notice that the concerned authority, in any case, has passed an order on 09.12.2015 and soon thereafter, the petitioner has sought RTI information.
