This petition is filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Mr.Palanimuthu, learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr. No. 49751 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.

5. It is made clear that the appellant/claimant is not entitled for interest for the default period.
