This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.12 of 2016, on the file of the All Women Police Station, Villianur, Puducherry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the parties have arrived at compromise and they have also filed a Joint Compromise Memo before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is Allowed in terms of Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties and the F.I.R in Crime No.12 of 2016 is hereby quashed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
