Respondents Prayer:-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of candidates published on 13.10.2022 called for counselling for the post of PG Assistant History as per the selection list published on 10.09.2022 for the post of PG Assistant History in the reservation for Secondary Grade Teacher category and accordingly select and appoint the petitioner to the post of PG Assistant (History) on the date when all her batchmates under the Notification of the respondent Board No.1/2021 dated 09.09.2021 are selected and appointed with all service and monetary benefits. 1/4

Advocate For R.1 O RDER This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of candidates published on 13.10.2022 called for counselling for the post of PG Assistant(History) as per the selection list published on 10.09.2022 .
2. The petitioner has been provisionally selected to the post of P.G.Assistant (History) as per the provisional selection list on 10.09.2022. However, she has not been called for counselling. In such circumstances, she has filed this writ petition.
3. Heard Ms.Suneetha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by 2/4
Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

In identical matters, in WP Nos.27740 of 2022 etc., batch, by a Common Order dated 18.10.2022, this Court directed the respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board to call those petitioners for counselling within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and thereafter issue appointment orders in their respective favours, provided they have satisfied the requirements of the respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board at the time of counselling. Since the petitioner is similarly placed, the same order will hold good for this petitioner also.

Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board to call this petitioner also for counselling within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, issue appointment order in her favour, provided she has satisfied the requirements of the respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board at the time of counselling. 3/4
