This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.54 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.54 of 2016 and final report has also been filed and based on the same a case was taken on file in C.C.No.169 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
