2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 12.03.2016, it essentially appears to be a land dispute. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register a case. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
