3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent in person along with all the relevant documents and the 3rd respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
