The petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 04.07.2022 and pass orders

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. . The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a application before the second respondent for issuance of D-Form license to run a school and the same was not considered. Thereafter the petitioner made application before the District Collector who inturn directed the 2nd respondent to take necessary action. In the meanwhile the petitioner filed W.P.No.15048 for issuance of D-Form License and the same was disposed on 17.06.2022 and granted liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the 1st respondent who is a competent authority. Hence the petitioner filed an appeal before the competent authority on 04.07.2022, but the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid 2/5

prayer.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 04.07.2022 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the orders will be passed in the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 04.07.2022 in terms of Section 11(1) of the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings ( Licensing) Act, 1965 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
