This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 20.06.2014 pending under CSR No.32/2014 dated 20.06.2014 before the respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint it appears that the petitioner is aggrieved with the bus stop that is being installed near his house, in connection with which a writ petition is pending. It does not disclose any cognizable offence. Hence, in a case of this nature, no positive direction can be given to the police to register a case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
