The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16636 of 2024, dated 15.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition for nearly two months and that petitioner has no previous case and investigation is almost completed.

Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also almost completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
