2. When the matter was taken up, it is stated by the learned counsel for either side that the parties have entered into settlement. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo of withdrawal along with the settlement agreement dated 27.06.2025 and submitted that this revision may be dismissed as withdrawn. The said memo of withdrawal dated 05.07.2025 and the settlement agreement dated 27.06.2025 is taken on record.
