(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in order dated 15.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.6148 of 2024 in Crl.RC.No.1222 of 2015.

This Court imposed the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal District and Sessions Court/Special Court, Coimbatore, once in a week i.e., on Monday at 10.30 a.m.

Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that condition imposed by this Court has been punctually complied with by the petitioner for the past about 7 months. 4.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions for the past about 7 months, we are inclined to further relax the S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

condition to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal District and Sessions Court/Special Court, Coimbatore twice in a month i.e., on 1st Monday and 3rd Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.
