This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21674 of 2022 on 13.09.2022 to appear before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the charge sheet taken on file and thereafter, report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
