ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 15.03.2016 in C.S.R. No.84/F4PS/L & O/2016, pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is fairly admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.84/F4PS/L & O/2016, before the second respondent. 4.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
