This Criminal Original Petition is filed for transfer of investigation on the ground that the police has not taken proper action on the complaint and arrest that culprit.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the investigation been properly conducted in fact, one of the person who has involved in the crime was secured and after making preliminary assessment of the mental condition, he was remanded, since the doctor has reported the said person has suffered seizure disorder.

This Court finds that impartial investigation carried on by the respondent police and therefore, there is no necessity to transfer the investigation to some other agency. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
