This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.23096 of 2022 on 23.09.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
